Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love our products and won't need to return them. However, if you do wish to return an item, please note the following guidelines:

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in an unused condition and returned in their original packaging with all labels attached.
  • You must report your return within 14 days of receiving the item. Once reported, you have an additional 14 days to return the item from the date of reporting.
  • All return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items without original packaging and an intact box are non-returnable.
  • Refunds will be processed less any delivery charges we have incurred.

Please note: Online purchases are made based on the complete product description provided, not solely on the images shown. By placing an order, customers acknowledge they have read and understood the full product description.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to return the item in its original packaging and box. A refund will be issued upon receipt, less any delivery charges incurred.

Refused or Rejected Deliveries

  • If you refuse or reject delivery, the cost of both the failed/refused delivery and the return will be deducted from your refund. This cost can be up to £100 depending on the item(s).

Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Note that imperfections, distressing marks, and chips are part of our items' design to give a shabby chic finish and are not considered damage.
  • We are not liable for any damage caused by incorrect assembly or failure to read the product description before purchasing.
  • For damaged goods, we will provide a pre-paid label or arrange courier collection based on the item's weight and size. We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of the item.
  • If a partial refund has been offered and accepted, the order becomes non-returnable. Partial refunds are at the discretion of the managing director

Large Furniture and Mirrors

  • Large furniture and mirrors must be returned using a specialist furniture delivery company or pallet company.
  • If you need to return a large piece of furniture or a mirror, the cost of collection is your responsibility. We can arrange the collection, but payment will be required in advance.
  • Items must be returned in the original intact box and packaging. Boxes that are torn, cut, or destroyed will not be accepted as they are too weak for transportation and cannot be resold.
  • Upon return, delivery charges incurred by us (between £40.00-£80.00) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Courier returns are not accepted for large furniture or mirrors, as they may arrive damaged. Certain exclusions apply.
